Expressions is an annual art & design installation competition by FOAID, celebrating the talent and fresh ideas of young Architecture & Interior Design students nationwide. This Student Design Competition encourages originality and rewards students for their innovative, functional solutions with positive environmental and human impacts while providing a platform to showcase their work to industry professionals and gain nationwide recognition.
With over 100 colleges participating annually, Expressions sets the standard for quality and perfection in design and art and brings the attention of Art & lifestyle media, design professionals, and interest groups.
Expressions Art Installation Competition is more than a contest; it is a celebration of creativity and innovation. Winning this competition is a testament to the exceptional talent and dedication of the students who have participated. The winners of the Expressions competition are celebrated with a range of prestigious rewards and recognition that underscore their achievements and provide valuable opportunities for their future careers.
The pinnacle of the Expressions competition is the Awards Ceremony held during the FOAID festival. The winning group will be honored on the main stage in front of an audience of 400 industry professionals, including top architects, designers, and media representatives.
Winning installations are prominently featured on the FOAID website, showcasing their creativity and design excellence. Each winning installation will be highlighted along with the college details, offering significant exposure to both the students and their educational institutions.
In addition to the website features, winners will be promoted through comprehensive social media campaigns. FOAID leverages its social media platforms to highlight the achievements of the winners, sharing their work with a global audience.
As part of their reward, two students from the winning team will have the unique opportunity to interact with leading practicing architects and interior designers at the FOAID festival.
